Account settings

Scenaloom account settings live in the Settings dialog, opened from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. It has five tabs: Profile, General, Plan & billing, Projects & usage and Account.

Profile

Set your nickname, the name collaborators see beside your comments and presence, and a short biography. Turn on Email me when a long video finishes if you want an email for generations that run longer than a minute; in-app notices always appear.

Language and theme

Interface language: English, 简体中文, 繁體中文, Español, Français, Deutsch, 日本語 or 한국어. Your scripts stay in whatever language you write them in.
Theme: Light, Dark or System, which follows your device.

Plan & billing

See your current plan, switch plans or cancel. A cancellation keeps your plan until the end of the billing period. Credit packs and refunds are covered in Plans and credits.

Projects & usage

See how many projects you have against your plan's limits, your assistant chats this month and token use over the last 30 days, and credit activity with your balance after each entry.

Account

Signed in as: the email address on the account, with Sign out for this session.
Site transfer: move this signed-in session to another Scenaloom site with a one-time link.
Delete account: type DELETE to confirm. All projects you own and your memberships are removed, and a subscription ends immediately without a refund, so export any scripts you want to keep first.

Project settings

Settings for one project are separate: open the gear at the bottom of the project's left rail. Its tabs are Project, Format (scene numbering style), Comments and AI Usage, and only the owner or an admin can change them.

Editor preferences

Display choices — pagination mode, text size, line spacing, scene numbers, Focus and Typewriter — are set per project in the Writing panel and remembered in this browser. The daily word goal is kept on this device too.
