Scenaloom 0.5.0 makes shared work easier to follow and easier to recover: comments and live presence in more places, version history across the story bible, and Undo where you used to get a confirmation. You also get more control over your account, your files and AI. Long scripts respond faster as you type, and community pages now read in all 8 languages.

Writing together

  • Comments now work on novel passages and on film reels and shots, with mentions, replies and resolve as in scripts. A note on a novel finds its passage again after edits and tells you when the text changed. The scene board, story bible, worldview, story canvas and film show who else is in the project.
  • The story bible, worldview, story canvas and each knowledge document keep a version history. Compare any version with the current text and restore it; a restore can be undone too.
  • Removing a take, a reel, a timeline track, a novel chapter or a collaborator no longer asks “Are you sure?”. It happens at once, and Undo puts it back. Anything that can't be undone or that spends credits still asks first.

Production

  • One shot list: a reel shot in Production can link to its Storyboard shot, so the words, framing and frames stay the same in both. Use Storyboard shots links the matching shots and places the rest in new reels, with one Undo.
  • Delete a single generated or uploaded file from Media. Scenaloom first lists every place that uses it, and you have 30 seconds to undo.

Account, AI and credits

  • Google sign-in now recognizes your account, not just your email address, so changing your sign-in email keeps everything in one account. A new Sign-in methods card in Account lists linked Google accounts and lets you unlink one. You get an email whenever a Google account is linked or unlinked, and sign-in is better protected against guessing and automated sign-ups.
  • One switch in Settings, under AI features, turns AI off for your account. It hides the assistant, the AI writing tools, generation and AI Advisors, and refuses AI requests from connected apps too. Past results stay, and earlier AI changes can still be undone.
  • Pricing now shows what credits buy, credit packs show their price per 100 credits, and when you reach a limit Scenaloom tells you what the next plan includes. Daily credits refresh each day at midnight UTC and don't roll over; unused ones appear in your credit history as expired, not as spending.
