1. Using Scenaloom

You may use Scenaloom to write, plan and produce your own creative work. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live and keep your sign-in secure.

2. Your content

You own the scripts, notes, files and media you create or upload. You give Scenaloom permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you and the collaborators you invite.

3. AI features

AI suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. You decide whether to apply them. Do not use the AI to create unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.

Images, video and audio made with Scenaloom are AI-generated. They may carry provenance information or watermarks from the models that made them; do not remove or alter these. When you publish generated media that shows real people, places or events as if they were real, say that it is AI-generated.

Generation requests may be checked automatically before they run. A request that is declined is not charged.

4. Plans, credits and payment

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our payment processor. Credits are governed by the Credits Policy.

5. Sharing and community

Projects are private unless you share or publish them. When you publish to the community you are responsible for having the rights to what you publish.

Anyone can report shared or published content from its page. We review reports within 48 hours and tell the reporter what we decided.

6. Acceptable use

  • No attempts to access other users' projects without permission.
  • No automated scraping or abuse of the service.
  • No content that is illegal or infringes intellectual property.
  • No sexual content involving minors, no sexual imagery of real people, and no instructions for self-harm.
  • No impersonating real people with generated media in a way meant to deceive.
  • No removing or altering the AI-generated labels, watermarks or content credentials on media made with Scenaloom, and no presenting it as real footage of real people or events.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Connected AI apps

You may connect third-party AI apps to your account through the Scenaloom MCP server. You authorize each app, choose its permissions and its daily credit limit, and can disconnect it at any time under Connected apps.

Third-party apps are not part of Scenaloom. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for their availability, for how they handle content you let them read, or for the accuracy of what they write.

Edits, comments and generations an app makes with your authorization count as your own actions under these terms, including the acceptable use rules. Credits an app spends with your permission are charged to you and follow the Credits Policy.

We may limit, suspend or disconnect an app that sends too many requests, breaks these terms or puts the service or other users' work at risk.
