We’ve updated our Terms of Service. The change takes effect on December 6, 2026.
What changed
- Section 3, AI features: images, video and audio that Scenaloom generates carry machine-readable information that they were made with AI, as far as the file allows, and we keep a fingerprint of each of these files. The terms now ask you not to remove or alter it, and to say that AI-generated media you publish is AI-generated, in a way that suits the work. Scenaloom’s shared pages and exports add a small label for you.
- Why: the EU AI Act asks services that generate media to mark it as AI-generated in a way that can be detected.
